- Consumer Agreement
All major credit cards accepted. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) We also accept Paypal. Net terms available upon request. Net 30 days, from date of invoice. All orders received are subject to review and approval by order credit department. Orders received from customers with delinquent accounts may be subject to shipping delays and a receive 1.5% charge per month until account balance is satisfactory.
- Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. After your order has been approved, most orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but can take up to 7+ days. Normal delivery time is 1-5 business days depending on what state we are shipping to. Please note: For special ordered items or large quantities the shipping time can take up to two weeks.
Shipping Charges: Internet orders will be shipped anywhere in the contiguous United States (HI & AK not available) for a flat rate of $5.99. Items that require special packaging such as fluorescents measuring over 20", fixtures, ballasts, or special order items will incur a shipping surcharge.
Shipment Discrepancies: We reserve the right to use our choice of shipping carriers. However, you may make a special request to use a shipping carrier at your expense. Please contact your sales rep for more details. All shipment discrepancies, damages, early burnout, etc, must be reported within 7 days of shipment date shown on the invoice to receive a credit or replacement.
Linear fluorescent light bulbs: We can only ship full case quantities. This is due the fragile nature of the item. If we were to try and ship less than a full case, chances are they may break in transit. Please call us to make special arrangments if needed.
As most items are in stock and ready for delivery, we may be back ordered on certain items. You will be notified within 5 business days if your order is out of stock. Of course, you can always call us to make sure we have your product in stock. Thank you!
Large Orders: Call us today for your large quantity discount.
Hawaii and Alaska: On special request we can ship to HI and AK. You will be responsible for any shipping fees and duties associated with shipping rates. If you need more information or require a quote to your state, city, and zip code please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Broken In Shipment: If your order has been damaged in transit we will replace it as quickly as possible. We will replace these damaged items at no charge. Be sure to contact us within 72 hours of receiving delivery, and please keep all packing boxes and materials. Please be advised - If damaged in transit, we may require goods to be returned. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping return label. Please call us to recieve your RGA# and pre-paid return shipping labels. (You may be asked to provide a photo of damaged goods)
PLEASE NOTE: If you are receiving a large pallet and notice damage, do not refuse the pallet. Rather, notate as “damaged” on the freight carriers slip and notify us immediately.
- Sales Tax
We will collect state tax on all orders being shipped to California and Nevada ONLY.

All Priority Lighting products sold will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Replacements of "early burnout" will be sent at no charge. Life hours and warranty length varries per item. Please ask your rep for more details.
Warranty length varries on each item. Warranty start date is the "date of sale" not installation date.
Priority Lighting will not warranty products that are subject to abuse, mis-handling, improper installation.
- Return Policy
Return Authorizations: For returns, please contact us at 1-800-709-1119 and ask for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA#). Returns are subject to a 30% restocking charge. Returns without RGA numbers may result in no credit or late crediting of your account. Copies of invoice must be included with any return. To be eligible for return, goods must be less than 1 month old, unused, and not broken when returned.
NOTE: All returns must have an RGA # on the outer shipping box, unopened, and the paperwork in the box. (please do not write on box)
Please do not ship items back to us without calling us and we issue an RGA# for your return. Our warehouse will have no idea what to do with your order when it arrives. We will not be responsible for orders shipped to us without prior authorization.
Shipping Costs will not be refunded or credited on return orders unless you are returning defective products or recieve a product that was not ordered; at which point we will provide you with pre-paid shipping return labels.

Priority Lighting may extend the delivery until the cause of such delay has been removed or cancel the undelivered balance of any order, without liability except for granting a refund or credit to the purchaser.
